6 French Start-Ups Developing Advanced Technologies in the Fields of Energy, Eco-Mobility and Networks are Founding the French Energy Tech Alliance
-
Their common ambition: Making the French “savoir faire” in energy transition and efficient energy management shine over the World
-
Their first offer: Global technological solutions for SmartCities developers with the support of their first strategic partner TFP Ingenierie, leader in co-creative engineering
Troyes, Aube-en-Champagne, France, 17 March 2017
During the Chinese/French Innovation Summit of Gu’an (PRC) co-organized by China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) and Optiva Darna in November 2016, the Presidents of the French clean-tech companies Levisys (Pierre Fessler), Evergaz (Frédéric Flipo), Clem (Bruno Flinois), DotVision (Guillaume Pelletier), Luceor (Christian d’Orival) et Evolution Energie (Erwin Guizouarn) acquired the certainty that they could become stronger together in gathering within an Alliance dedicated to energy transition and efficient energy management capable of offering SmartCity developers global solutions in energy, eco-mobility and networks.
Sharing their knowledges and experiences, making their technologies interoperable and thinking of smartcity energy issues with a global approach led those companies to launch the FRENCH ENERGY TECH ALLIANCE today at Levisys’ plant in Troyes.
From waste management to production of biogas (converted into electricity, heat or biogas as fuel) by Evergaz, to the electricity storage and grid regulation by Levisys with its flywheels and the batteries of its Chinese partner BYD, by going through shared eco-mobility thanks to Clem’s experience, or WiMesh mobile and resilient networking infrastructure solutions by Luceor and optimization of energy efficiency with the IOT technologies of DotVision and the software and services provided by Evolution Energie, the Alliance is thus in capacity to offer a wide, complete and modular range of independent solutions.
Designed and tailored for the smartcities of the future, the Alliance’s offer will enable city operators to enter in a new era of energy management by deploying new usages for citizens:
- Flexible connectivity in all circumstances to the Grid and Distribution Infrastructure,
- Optimisation of energy transportation,
- Real time measurement of the buildings and infrastructures energy consumption thru smart sensors,
- Smart energy consumption monitoring systems by integrating 20% of green energies in the mix,
- Automatic management of electrical deletion,
- Energy storage and regulation,
- Operation of share eco-mobility solutions,
- Optimal management of the charging points related to consumption peaks…
As its first strategic partner, the Alliance chose TPF Ingenierie, a major international and experienced integrator. Frédéric LASSALE, President of TPF Ingenierie explains: “as a co-creative company in a complex world asking for innovative solutions, we are honored to become the FRENCH ENERGY TECH ALLIANCE’s first strategic partner. We will start offering the Alliance’s solutions in some of our projects especially in the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur Region. Moreover, we will support the Alliance freely on demand with other firms of engineering such as SAT manager in Aube, in France and worldwide“.
The 6 FETA members and TPF Ingenierie will thus promote each other’s offers in their contacts or markets for smart cities projects.
First practical exercise: a study mission for a pilot-phase demonstrator to be scaled-up for China Fortune Land Development (CFLD), a Chinese company specialized in the development of cities, business areas and parks in China and worldwide.
